In the morning, preferably before first light when it’s quiet and serene, bounce out of be for Holy Meditation.
The mind must be awakened from slumber and your thoughts must be silenced. The initial temptation of the day to return to drowsy indulgence must be resisted.
Make the morning meditation easier for you by resting on a surface not too soft and with only as many comforts as necessary for a good nights sleep. If intoxicants are consumed the previous evening, then keep them to a minimum and always rest at a respectable hour.
Understand with absolute certainty that directing the mind and entering into the silence is the single most important activity in your life. All of the events of the day and your reaction towards them are almost entirely dictated by your mental state and right beginnings facilitate a snowball effect in thought.
During your wakeful hours be ever mindful of your thoughts, words and deeds. Even your daydreaming, although they may seem harmless are often rooted in vanity.
Throughout the day when you have lapses in character; when your thoughts, words and/or deeds are not entirely pure and selfless then remember where you have fallen short of perfection and direct your meditation towards correcting where you have fallen.
Hold tight to humility and do not try to put others right through any means other than example. When you hear or see folly in others, understand that each suffers according to their own and attempt not to correct through argument.
You have reached a stage in life where wisdom demonstrates to you the causal nature of all things, that all things are just and in each difficulty lies a supreme lesson to be learnt. Therefore; when you feel worry, doubt, anxiety or concern know that this is a lapse in Faith and it’s not until you let go of these misleading emotions will the universe adjust accordingly.
Empty the heart of desire and you will enter and remain in paradise. There is a perfect compensation in life and with everything gained for self alone an equal amount is lost in some other direction. Only good done for the good of the all remains and will return to you in the form of many blessings.
Learn to love without reservations and under all circumstances. If an individual has treated you or acted toward you with contentment; then remember the universal justice and have pity for their ignorance and sufferings. Feel the joy of others knowing that they have earned it. Know with absolute certainty that all personal sufferings are the punishment for your own sins, so tediously avoid all wrong-doings. Enter into the silence where all wisdom abides and know this to be the Truth.
